The Exhibition Pass does not give access to the conference room, to the live streaming and video on-demand, to the presentation slides-set and to the luncheons.

Access to the exhibition is free:

• For All persons in possession of an invitation and/or the invitation code
• For the Qualified Visitors:
  • Employees from Enterprise End users (public and private sectors)
  • Operators/ISP/Integrators and Data Center Operators

Upperside Conferences reserves the right to make the final decision for qualification.

Substitution of delegates is permitted at any time and at no extra charge.

Please note. The videos and slides of the presentations will be available via live streaming and on-demand for one month after the end of the event.

• Cancellation of a registration received more than 30 days before the start of the event: 95% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Cancellation of a registration received between 30 days and 15 days before the start of the event: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Cancellation of a registration received less than 14 days before the start of the event: No refund.

All notice of cancellation must be received in writing via email to contact@uppersideconferences.com.

CONFERENCE PROGRAMME MODIFICATIONS

Upperside reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or a speaker.

Delegate registration will be 100% refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer.
