Exhibition
If space is cancelled by the client prior to 90 business days from the start of the event, the client will incur an administrative fee of 50% of the total booth cost. If cancellation is made in the 90 business days before the event, there will be no refund and all space contracted for must be paid in full. The unpaid balance is due at the time of the cancellation.
Sponsoring
If sponsoring option is cancelled by the client prior to 120 business days from the start of the event, the client will incur an administrative fee of 50% of the total booth cost. If cancellation is made in the 120 business days before the event, there will be no refund and all sponsorship contracted for must be paid in full. The unpaid balance is due at the time of the cancellation.
All notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
The total amount is due upon receipt of the invoice. A late charge of 1.5% / month will be added to any unpaid balance.

Sponsoring costs are not subject to the VAT for foreign companies.
